Returns Policy

We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange goods, this must be done within 14 days of invoice date. See also your statutory rights below. Please note that we can only exchange or refund products in perfect condition. We regret that we cannot refund return postage. Please ensure that the parcel contains your name, address, daytime telephone number and reason for returning, together with a copy of your receipt/invoice.

In the unlikely event of your purchases being damaged during transit, you must inform us immediately on receipt of goods and we will take steps to remedy the situation. Please retain evidence of such damaged goods for 30 days.

How to Cancel

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven days after delivery. If you choose to cancel the contract, you can notify us by email or letter. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your cost. We will refund the orginal purchase price and carriage. Goods should be returned as soon as possible to prevent delays with refunds being issued.

Back Orders

If an item you have ordered is not in stock, you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, otherwise we will back order keeping you informed of the status of your order.

Prices

All printed prices in our website are in £ sterling, including VAT and excluding carriage. We will maintain printed prices as long as possible. However, if unavoidable cost increases are incurred, we do reserve the right to charge the prices ruling at the time of despatch.

Credit Facilities

We regret that we cannot offer any credit facilities for Internet sales. However clubs, centres and coaches may be offered this facility. Please contact us directly. In circumstances where a credit facility is arranged, payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Continuation of this facility will only be maintained where strict observance of our terms of payment is adhered to.

Title

Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.

We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly the products available. However, some variations may occur and we reserve the right to amend product specification without prior notice.
