How to Buy

Order and Pay Online:

Ordering from Scorpion Sports Gifts is quick, easy and secure using PayPal. Browse through our products and click on any items you wish to buy and put them in your shopping trolley. Prices include VAT but exclude carriage charges (see below). Carriage charges will be added when you check out. You can continue shopping after choosing each item. When you have completed your order, go to 'View Cart' and click on 'Secure checkout'. You will be guided through the following pages to make your purchase, during which you will be asked for information about yourself. We need this information only in order to process your order. Online payment uses 'PayPal' and can be made securely by credit or debit card. To learn more about PayPal click the link below left. REMEMBER to click the UPDATE CART button in PayPal.

If you DO NOT wish to buy online you can: PHONE us with your order on 01202 812 000, quoting the product/s required. If you get through to our answer machine, be sure to leave your telephone number so we can phone you back.

E-MAIL us with your order at quoting the product/s required and the delivery address. Links can be found on the site under 'Contact Us'.

We will confirm your order via telephone or email. You can then send us payment by cheque (payable to Scorpion Sports Gifts) and we will despatch goods once the cheque has cleared. Payment for goods must be received and cleared before shipment.

Carriage and Handling

UK Carriage charges (inc VAT) are as follows

Order over £50 - Carriage Free
Orders under £50 - Carraige £4.20

Carriage charges will be added to your order automatically when you go through check out.


We aim to send all our orders Royal Mail First Class, however, some orders that are particularly bulky may be sent by Parcelforce 24. If you require faster delivery we will regrettably have to ask you for a further surcharge to cover this. All goods sent are without postal insurance. If you require this you must inform us. As we have kept our carriage charges to a minimum, we regret that we have to charge you for this option.

Payment for goods must be received and cleared before shipment. We will always despatch your order as quickly as possible and in most cases within 24-48 hours. On occasions where there are stock shortages we will contact you to notify you of the delay. The majority of orders will arrive the day after despatch, but please feel free to contact us by phone or email if you are in any way concerned about your order.

Notification of shortages or damages must be made to us in writing/email within 4 working days of receipt of goods.
